Who is this guy supposed to be? Whoever he is, you've drawn a very intimidating creature. Horns, glowing eyes, a powerful physique and a pose that demands dominance and command.
But it's not just his appearance that's terrifying, it's also the fact that he is destroying this entire area (a city?) with minimal effort and without any emotion. The story of this scene is probably what draws me in the most.
Background could always be improved if only a little bit, especially the building. But that's a nitpick, your character is the focal point of the picture.
So in short, great work.
