I'm not as good at critiquing drawings of humans as I am with anthros, so bear with me.

I like the color scheme in this picture; the light turquoise background goes nicely with her light yellow stockings and light green shirt/tunic/dress. You also did a good job with her facial anatomy, though her nose looks a little small. That may just be part of your style, though.

Your coloring looks pretty good, though her skin is a little too reddish; it looks like she has a bad sunburn on some of the shaded parts, though that might just be her skin tone. Also, her hips are a little too small; I think you put her legs too high up on her body. Her upper thighs are where the hips would normally be, I believe.
